Background
Interleukin-2(IL-2)는 면역계의 시토카인 신호 분자 중 하나로, IL-2 패밀리에 속합니다. T세포가 항원 또는 유사 분열 자극에 반응하여 생성하는 강력한 면역조절 림포카인입니다. IL-2/IL-2R 신호전달은 T세포 증식 및 면역 반응에 필수적인 여러 기능에 필요하며, B세포, NK세포, 림포카인 활성화 살해세포, 단핵구, 대식세포, 희소돌기아교세포의 성장과 분화를 자극합니다.
