생물학적 배경
Mouse IL-12는 40 kDa(p40) 및 35 kDa(p35) 서브유닛으로 구성된 이종이량체성 사이토카인으로, 인간과 마우스 간 각각 70% 및 60%의 아미노산 서열 유사성을 보입니다.
Mouse IL-12는 인간 및 마우스 세포 모두에서 활성을 가지며, Th1 세포로의 분화를 유도합니다.
T세포 및 NK세포의 IFN-γ, TNF-α 생산을 촉진하고 IL-4 매개 억제를 감소시킵니다.
또한 CD30 코리셉터를 가진 T세포 활성화와 관련되어 있으며, NK세포 및 CD8+ 세포독성 T림프구의 세포독성 기능을 강화합니다.
