Background
Growth hormone receptor (GHR)는 성장호르몬(GH)의 막관통 수용체입니다. GH는 주로 뇌하수체 전엽에서 합성 및 분비되는 단일 사슬 폴리펩타이드로, 성장, 발달 및 대사에 중요한 역할을 합니다. GH가 수용체의 세포외 도메인에 결합하면 수용체 이합체화가 유도되고, 세포 내 신호전달 경로가 활성화되어 성장 반응이 촉진됩니다. GHR은 SGTA, PTPN11, Janus kinase 2, Suppressor of cytokine signaling 1, CISH 등과 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
