Background
IFNγ는 항원 또는 유사항원에 의해 자극된 림프구에서 주로 생성되는 주요 인터페론입니다. Type I 인터페론과 구조적으로 다르며, 주요 기능은 면역조절입니다. IFNγ는 일반적으로 class II 조직적합성 항원을 발현하지 않는 세포에서 그 발현을 유도하여 자가면역 질환과 관련될 수 있습니다. 주로 T세포와 NK세포에서 생성되며, IL-2, FGF-basic, EGF 등에 의해 합성이 유도됩니다.
