Target Information
Fe65 단백질은 핵 내에 위치하는 adaptor protein으로, 알츠하이머병의 아밀로이드 전구체 단백질(APP), 전사 인자 CP2/LSF/LBP1, 저밀도 지질단백질 수용체 관련 단백질과 상호작용합니다. APP는 Fe65의 핵 내 이동을 억제하는 세포질 앵커 역할을 하며, Fe65는 전사 조절 및 세포 주기 진행 억제에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 thymidylate synthase 발현을 하향 조절하여 세포 주기를 차단할 수 있습니다. 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이가 보고되었으나 일부의 전체 길이 서열은 알려지지 않았습니다.
