Target Information
PHAX는 XPO1 매개 U snRNA의 핵 외 수출에 관여하는 인산화 단백질 어댑터입니다.
이 단백질은 U snRNA 수출 복합체의 형성과 해체에 필수적인 인산화/탈인산화 과정을 거치며, importin α/β 수입 수용체를 통해 핵으로 재순환됩니다.
또한 U3 snoRNA의 생합성과 수송에도 관여하며, m7G-capped U1, U5, U3, U8, U13 snRNA 및 snoRNA에 결합합니다.
Telomerase RNA에도 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
