The C363.16A monoclonal antibody reacts with the exon B-dependent isoform of mouse CD45.
This isoform is expressed by:

• Thymocytes
• Peripheral B cells
• A subpopulation of T cells (high density)
• Dendritic cells and macrophages (low density)

CD45 is a protein tyrosine phosphatase involved in leukocyte signal transduction.

Applications Tested: Tested using mouse splenocytes at ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
