Target Information
BCL-10은 N-terminal CARD (Caspase Recruitment Domain)를 포함하는 단백질로, 적응면역 반응에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 apoptosis 촉진, pro-caspase-9 성숙, NIK 및 IKK를 통한 NF-kappa-B 활성화를 유도합니다. 또한 상위 TNFR1-TRADD-RIP 복합체와 하위 NIK-IKK-IKAP 복합체 사이의 어댑터 역할을 하며, MALT1의 기질로 작용합니다. 유전자 변이는 면역결핍증 37 또는 점막연관 림프종(MALT lymphoma)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
