Target Information
Synaptic Ras-GTPase activating protein (SynGAP)은 PDZ 도메인과 상호작용하는 단백질로, 뇌에서 거의 독점적으로 발현됩니다. SynGAP은 postsynaptic density의 주요 구성 요소이며, synaptic scaffold protein인 PSD-95 및 NMDA 수용체와 결합합니다. 또한 SynGAP의 Ras-GTPase 활성은 CaM kinase II에 의해 인산화되어 억제될 수 있습니다. SynGAP은 활성 NMDA 수용체가 없는 상태에서 MAP kinase 활성의 음성 조절자로 작용할 가능성이 제시되었습니다.
