Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Ribophorins 1 and 2 are abundant and conserved glycoproteins in the endoplasmic reticulum, involved in ribosome binding.
Mammalian oligosaccharyltransferase activity is associated with a complex containing RPN1, RPN2, and the oligosaccharyltransferase protein.
RPN1 is part of the proteasome base and interacts with the ubiquitin-like (UBL) domain of Rad23 through its leucine-rich repeat domain.
The RPN1 gene maps to chromosome 3, while RPN2 maps to chromosome 20.
