이 항체는 친화정제된 HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L)로, Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 혈청 단백질에 대한 교차 반응성이 최소화되어 있습니다. 면역전기영동 결과, Rat IgG의 heavy chain 및 대부분의 Rat immunoglobulin의 light chain에 반응하며, 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응은 검출되지 않았습니다.

각 제품에는 NovaFluor 결합 항체 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial이 포함되어 있습니다.

NovaFluor 결합 항체는 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01)와 함께 제공되며, 이는 기존 CellBlox 대비 향상된 포뮬레이션을 제공합니다.
최적 염색을 위해 NovaFluor 결합 항체 사용 시 반드시 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer를 사용해야 합니다.

사용 권장사항:

• 항체 칵테일 혼합 전 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 5 µL를 추가
• 단일 색상 대조군: 세포 샘플(10³–10⁸ cells) 100 µL당 5 µL 사용
