Target Information
FGFR4는 수용체 티로신 키나아제(Receptor Tyrosine Kinase) 계열에 속하며, 혈관신생, 세포분열, 골형성, 근형성, 암 발생, 세포분화, 손상 후 조직 복구 등 다양한 세포 기능을 조절합니다. 또한 FGFR 계열은 암, 류머티즘성 관절염, 당뇨망막병증 등 여러 질환과 관련이 있습니다. FGFR4는 FGF19에 대한 반응으로 담즙산 합성의 속도 제한 효소인 CYP7A1의 발현을 정상적으로 하향 조절하는 데 필요하며, 출생 후 폐 발달 및 골격근 세포 계통의 발달에도 관여합니다.
