Target Information
TRIM6은 TRIM(tripartite motif) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, RING, B-box type 1, B-box type 2, coiled-coil 영역으로 구성된 세 개의 zinc-binding 도메인을 포함합니다. 주로 핵에 존재하며, 정확한 기능은 아직 밝혀지지 않았습니다. TRIM6 유전자는 염색체 11p15에 위치하며, TRIM 유전자 클러스터 내에 존재합니다. 두 가지 스플라이싱 변이체가 확인되었으며, TRIM34와의 read-through 전사체도 보고되었습니다.
