Product Specific Information
This secondary antibody is designed for fluorescent Western blot detection on various near-infrared fluorescence instruments.
It can be used for multi-color and multiplexing detection with other antibodies conjugated to compatible Alexa Fluor™ dyes and wavelengths.
Also suitable for immunofluorescent and fluorescent imaging applications using appropriate excitation and detection capabilities.

Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
Useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to one primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled mouse immunoglobulins, followed by purification and optional modification (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation).
