Ion SingleSeq™ GX 401-496 Kit

The Ion SingleSeq GX 401-496 Kit is designed for low cell number input library construction prior to low-pass genome sequencing and detection of copy number events.
Requiring as little as 6 pg of DNA from a single cell or input from multiple cells, this kit includes reagents to extract, amplify, and barcode genomic DNA for preparation of libraries from up to 96 samples.

The Ion SingleSeq GX 101-196 Kit is intended to be used with the Ion ReproSeq PGT-A GX5 Kit and Genexus System for the detection of chromosomal aneuploidies and chromosome arm copy number events (>48 Mb).
The Ion ReproSeq PGT-A GX5 Kit enables automated template preparation, chip loading, and sequencing for fast and simple instrument setup, minimizing hands-on time.
