이 단백질은 SWI/SNF 복합체를 rRNA 유전자 프로모터로 유도하여 pre-rRNA 전사를 촉진합니다 (PubMed:22368283, 24036451).
또한 TELO2와 R2TP 복합체 간 상호작용을 매개하여 MTOR 및 SMG1의 안정성 유지에 필수적입니다 (PubMed:20864032).
