- Sec7 domain: guanine-nucleotide exchange protein (GEP) 활성 보유
- PH domain: phospholipid 상호작용 및 막 결합 담당
이 단백질은 ARF1 및 ARF5에 대해 in vitro GEP 활성을 나타내며, ARF6에는 비활성입니다. Cytohesin 4와 CYTH1은 유사한 구조를 가집니다.
