Target Information
DNER (Delta-notch-like EGF-related receptor)는 신경세포 특이적 비정형 Notch 리간드로, 중추신경계의 뉴런 수상돌기와 세포체에서 발현됩니다. DNER은 10개의 EGF 유사 도메인을 가지며 Notch 리간드 Delta와 높은 상동성을 보입니다. 소뇌에서는 Purkinje 세포에서 주로 발현되며, Bergmann glia와의 상호작용을 통해 Deltex-의존적 Notch 신호 경로를 활성화하여 glia의 형태학적 성숙을 조절합니다. DNER 결손 마우스는 운동 조정 장애와 소뇌 발달 지연을 나타냅니다.
