Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes an endoplasmic reticulum protein that interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin to modulate folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins.
Although previously thought to be a phospholipase, it has been shown to possess protein disulfide isomerase activity. Complexes of lectins and this protein are involved in promoting disulfide bond formation during glycoprotein folding.
