Target Information
Progestin Receptor Beta-extra는 막성 프로게스틴 수용체의 세포외 에피토프를 인식합니다. 프로게스틴 수용체는 뇌의 에스트로겐 수용체를 포함하는 영역뿐 아니라, 에스트로겐 수용체가 없는 대뇌 피질에서도 발견됩니다. 이러한 수용체는 에스트로겐 처리에 의해 유도되며, 일부는 테스토스테론의 아로마타제 전환을 통해 간접적으로 유도됩니다. 생식기관, 뇌, 뇌하수체 등 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다.
