세포 생존, 증식, 분화에 중요한 역할을 하며, 특히 신경 전구세포의 증식 유지 및 분화 억제에 관여합니다.
또한 EGR1, BCL2 등의 유전자 발현 조절을 통해 항아포토시스 기능을 수행하며, 간세포 내 CYP2B6 전사 활성화에도 관여합니다.
