RILPL1은 세포 형태와 극성 조절에 관여하며, 단백질 수송 및 신경 보호 기능을 수행합니다. GAPDH를 세포질 내에 격리시켜 세포사멸 기능을 억제하고, SIAH1과 GAPDH 결합 경쟁을 통해 세포 내 단백질 조절에 영향을 미칩니다. RAB10과 결합하여 LRRK2 매개 RAB10 인산화 후 섬모 형성을 억제합니다.
