Target Information
Pleiotrophin (PTN) is an 18 kDa secreted heparin and chondroitin-binding protein that functions as a regulatory cytokine crucial for early blood vessel and neuron development. Elevated PTN serum levels are associated with various solid tumors and multiple myeloma (MM). Expression is limited in normal adult tissues.
