Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)는 세포 주기 조절에서 START 단계를 완료하는 데 필수적인 단백질로, 유사분열 시작을 유도하는 M-phase promoting factor의 촉매 서브유닛입니다.
CDK1은 진핵세포에서 보편적으로 존재하며, G2/M 단계에서 Bcl-2의 인산화와 세포자멸사 지연에 관여합니다. 또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료적 가능성이 입증되었습니다.
