Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CDK2/cyclinO is a member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase family complexed to CyclinO. CyclinO is a specific protein isoform of the UNG gene, localized exclusively in the nucleus, and exhibits uracil-DNA glycosylase activity. CDK2/cyclinO protein levels increase during the G1 phase and are turned over during the cell cycle. Cyclin A–cdk2 levels peak at the G1/S transition, and both are associated with DNA during replication initiation. Rb protein serves as a substrate for cdk2–cyclin E and/or cdk2–cyclin A in vivo. Cdk2 is activated and localized to the nucleus during late G1, S, and G2 phases.
