The Applied Biosystems™ Quantifiler™ Trio Automated DNA Quantification Kit provides forensic laboratories with accurate and efficient DNA analysis.
The kit includes the Quantifiler Automation Enhancer, designed for use with automated liquid handlers to prevent bubbles during pipetting and mixing.

This kit enables simultaneous quantitative and qualitative assessment of total human and human male DNA in a single, highly sensitive real-time PCR reaction.
