Invitrogen™ GeneArt™ Gibson Assembly HiFi Cloning Kit (Chemically Competent Cells)

The GeneArt Gibson Assembly HiFi Cloning Kit enables seamless DNA assembly and cloning using a one-step, 15–60 minute isothermal reaction. Multiple overlapping DNA fragments are efficiently joined through complementary overlaps, allowing construction of both small and large DNA constructs with single or multiple inserts. The resulting products are suitable for downstream applications such as transformation, PCR, and rolling circle amplification (RCA).

This complete kit includes master mix, positive control, water, and One Shot TOP10 chemically competent E. coli cells.

Seamless Assembly of Multiple Fragments

GeneArt Gibson Assembly HiFi cloning is a one-step process combining up to six fragments using a proprietary enzymatic mix. Fragments with 20–40 bp terminal homology are assembled seamlessly without leaving extra sequences. After incubation, the product is transformed into competent cells, yielding ready-to-analyze clones the next day.
