Target Information
CSF1R (FMS)는 대식세포의 생성, 분화 및 기능에 관여하며, promyelocytic leukemia와 관련이 있습니다. 리간드 결합은 수용체 키나아제를 활성화시키며, CSF1R은 CSF1/PDGF 수용체 계열에 속하는 티로신 키나제 막 단백질입니다.
CSF1 및 IL34에 대한 세포 표면 수용체로 작용하며, 조혈 전구세포의 생존, 증식 및 분화를 조절하는 데 필수적인 역할을 합니다. 특히 단핵구 및 대식세포와 같은 단핵 식세포에서 중요한 기능을 수행합니다. 또한 IL34와 CSF1에 반응하여 염증성 화학주성물질의 방출을 촉진하며, 선천면역 및 염증 과정에 관여합니다.
CSF1R 유전자 첫 번째 인트론에는 반대 방향으로 배열된 ribosomal protein L7의 비활성 가공된 pseudogene이 포함되어 있습니다. CSF1R 유전자 돌연변이는 골수성 악성종양의 소인과 관련이 있습니다.
