Target Information
WWC1 (Protein KIBRA)는 Hippo/SWH 신호전달 경로의 조절자로, 세포 증식 억제와 세포사멸 촉진을 통해 종양 억제에 중요한 역할을 합니다. WWC1은 NF2와 함께 LATS1 및 LATS2의 인산화를 유도하며, ESR1의 전사 공동활성자로 작용하여 DYNLL1 매개 ESR1 전사활성화에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. 또한 WWC1은 콜라겐 자극에 의한 ERK/MAPK 경로 활성화의 조절자로 기능합니다.
