About Novex™ TBE-urea gels
Denaturing polyacrylamide TBE-urea gels resolve single-stranded DNA oligos or RNA into sharp, distinct bands. Novex™ TBE-urea gels are optimized for the analysis and purification of products ranging from 20-800 bases, making them an ideal choice for synthetic oligo analysis and purification, RNase protection assays (RPAs), in vitro transcription studies, and Northern blot analysis. Novex™ TBE-urea gels are designed to run on the XCell _SureLock_™ Mini-Cell.
