Target Information
OXSR1 serine/threonine kinase (OSR1)는 삼투 스트레스에 의해 활성화되어 PAK1과 같은 하위 단백질 키나아제를 조절하며, 세포의 환경 스트레스 반응을 유도하는 신호전달 모듈을 형성합니다. 또한 DNA 손상 과정 중 ATM 또는 ATR에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 세포골격(actin cytoskeleton) 조절에도 관여합니다.
