U1SNRNPBP는 U1-snRNP 결합 단백질의 상동체로, N-말단에는 RNA 인식 모티프(RNA recognition motif)가, C-말단에는 Arg/Asp 및 Arg/Glu 이펩타이드가 풍부하여 다양한 스플라이싱 인자들의 특징을 가집니다.
