DSB-X biotin은 desthiobiotin의 안정한 유도체로, streptavidin 또는 avidin의 깊은 biotin 결합 포켓에 접근성을 높이기 위해 7개의 원자 스페이서를 포함합니다. 일반적인 biotin-avidin 결합은 강한 변성제나 낮은 pH에서만 해리되지만, DSB-X biotin 결합은 중성 pH와 실온에서 D-desthiobiotin 또는 D-biotin을 과량 첨가함으로써 가역적으로 해리될 수 있습니다.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 mouse immunoglobulin에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 사용됩니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)에 활용 가능하며, 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
