Background
Fibronectin 1 (FN1)은 분비 단백질로, 12개의 fibronectin type-I 도메인, fibronectin type-II 도메인, 그리고 16개의 fibronectin type-III 도메인을 포함합니다.
Recombinant human fibronectin fragment는 약 63 kDa 크기의 단백질로, 중심 세포 결합 도메인, 고친화성 heparin-binding domain II, 그리고 CS1 site를 포함합니다.
세포는 VLA-4 리간드(CS-I site) 및 VLA-5 리간드(세포 부착 도메인)에 결합하며, 바이러스 벡터는 heparin-binding domain II에 결합합니다.
