Background
Interleukin 23 receptor (IL23R)는 IL23에 대한 type I 사이토카인 수용체입니다. IL23 수용체 복합체는 IL12Rβ1 서브유닛(여러 사이토카인과 공유됨)과 IL-23에 특이적인 서브유닛으로 구성됩니다. IL23이 IL23R에 결합하면 기억 T세포를 활성화하고, TH17 림프구를 통한 IL17 생성으로 염증성 반응을 매개합니다. IL23R은 T세포, NK세포, 수지상세포, 대식세포에서 발현되며, 유전자 다형성은 건선, 다발성 경화증, 그레이브스 안병증, 염증성 장질환 등의 자가면역 질환과 관련이 있습니다. 또한 IL23R은 다양한 악성 종양의 발암 과정에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
