Target Information
La protein은 RNA 대사에 다양한 방식으로 관여하며, RNA polymerase III가 전사한 RNA의 3'-UUU(OH) 요소를 결합 및 보호하고, pre-tRNA 전구체의 5' 및 3' 말단 가공에 관여합니다. 또한 RNA chaperone으로 작용하며, hepatitis C virus 관련 바이러스 RNA와 결합합니다.
La 단백질은 Sjögren 증후군 및 전신홍반루푸스 환자의 자가항체 반응을 통해 처음 정의되었습니다.
