Invitrogen™ Dynabeads™ His-Tag Isolation and Pulldown

Dynabeads™ His-Tag Isolation and Pulldown beads are 1-μm monosized, monodispersed, superparamagnetic beads with an NTA-Cobalt-based ligand that has high affinity towards His-tags and similar structures on molecular targets. Their uniform size provides a high surface area per mg beads and high target molecule capacity, enabling single-step isolation of tagged molecules in manual or automated workflows with excellent recovery.

응용 및 작동 원리

Dynabeads His-Tag Isolation and Pulldown beads are ideal for isolation of tagged recombinant proteins and other high signal-to-noise applications. Using immobilized metal affinity binding with the inert Dynabeads surface ensures clean capture and minimal carryover. The cobalt-loaded bead surface enables stable bonding with targets through mild oxidative conditions if required for downstream applications.

For permanent immobilization, mild oxidation (e.g., 10 mM hydrogen peroxide for 30–60 minutes) converts cobalt to Co³⁺, forming a strong bond that resists elution under standard IMAC conditions.

자동화 및 고처리량

The 1-μm magnetic beads are suitable for high-throughput enrichment and can be automated using KingFisher Sample Purification Systems or compatible liquid handlers.
