Target Information
MORC2 exhibits cytosolic functions in lipogenesis, adipogenic differentiation, and lipid homeostasis by increasing ACLY activity, possibly preventing its dephosphorylation. It may act as a transcriptional repressor and down-regulates CA9 expression.
