Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NDUFB10 is an accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I).
It is not directly involved in catalysis but assists in electron transfer from NADH to the respiratory chain.
The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
Complex I consists of 45 distinct subunits.
