Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)는 130 kDa 막당단백질로, scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily에 속하며 hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체입니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈으로 인한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하고, 헤모글로빈/핵포로글로빈 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 회수 및 재활용에 관여합니다.
CD163은 인간 단핵구와 대식세포의 세포 표면에만 발현되며, 염증의 후기 단계에서 주로 증가합니다. IL-10, IL-6, 덱사메타손에 의해 발현이 증가하며, LPS 및 PMA는 세포 표면 CD163의 shedding을 유도합니다.
또한, CD163은 헤모글로빈/핵포로글로빈 복합체와 Ca²⁺ 및 pH 의존적으로 결합하며, 특정 하프토글로빈 페노타입(HP1F)에 더 높은 친화성을 보입니다.
CD163은 또한 티로신 키나아제 의존성 칼슘 이동, 이노시톨 트리포스페이트 생성, IL-6 및 CSF1 분비를 포함하는 세포 내 신호 전달을 유도합니다.
