Product Specific Information

This antibody reacts with goat IgG and with light chains common with other goat immunoglobulins as determined by IEP and ELISA techniques. This antibody may cross-react with IgG from other species.

Target Information

Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for goat immunoglobulins. They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of goat immunoglobulins. Secondary antibodies provide versatility across detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
