Target Information
The ILKAP protein is a serine/threonine phosphatase of the PP2C family. It interacts with integrin-linked kinase (ILK/ILK1), regulating integrin-mediated signaling and ILK kinase activity. Through this interaction, ILKAP may modulate ILK-mediated glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (GSK3β) signaling and participate in the Wnt signaling pathway.
