GPR18 is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor highly expressed in the testis, small intestine, and immune-related tissues such as lymphocytes, thymus, and spleen.

GPR18 acts as a receptor for endogenous lipid neurotransmitters, some of which also bind to cannabinoid receptors.
