Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 상온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다. 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색에는 10 mM Tris Buffer (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0)에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 상온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.
- Western Blot: 1–2 µg/mL 농도로 상온에서 2시간 반응시킵니다.
Target Information
CD81 (TAPA-1, target of anti-proliferative antibody-1)은 tetraspanin 계열 단백질로, 대부분의 핵이 있는 세포에서 발현되며 특히 germinal center B 세포에서 높게 발현됩니다.
CD81은 다른 tetraspanin 단백질, integrin, coreceptor, MHC class I 및 II 분자와 복합체를 형성하여 세포의 부착, 형태, 활성화, 증식 및 분화에 영향을 줍니다.
근육 세포에서는 세포 융합과 myotube 유지에 관여하며, C형 간염 바이러스의 수용체로도 알려져 있습니다.
CD81은 CD19, CD21, Leu 13, integrin과 결합하며, 항-CD81 항체는 림프종 세포주에서 항증식 효과를 나타냅니다.
또한 CD81은 종양 억제 유전자 영역에 위치하여 악성 종양 관련 후보 유전자로 제안됩니다.
