Target Information
NME1은 전이성이 높은 세포에서 mRNA 발현이 감소된 것으로 확인된 유전자입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A(NME1 유전자)와 B(NME2 유전자)로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되었습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되었으며, NME1과 NME2의 공동 전사로 인해 각각의 단백질 서열을 공유하는 융합 단백질(NME1-NME2)이 생성됩니다.
