Target Information
Kelch proteins (and Kelch-like proteins) are characterized by repeated kelch domains. Most Kelch proteins also contain a BTB domain. Each kelch domain forms a blade of a propeller structure, with repeated domains forming a beta-propeller. While the structure is known, the function remains uncharacterized. KLHDC4 includes six Kelch repeats and has three named isoforms.
