Target Information
GPR183는 Epstein-Barr 바이러스에 감염된 1차 B 림프구에서 발현이 증가하는 것으로 확인된 단백질입니다. 이 유전자는 thrombin receptor와 가장 유사한 G 단백질 결합 수용체를 암호화하는 것으로 예측됩니다. B-림프구 세포주 및 림프 조직에서 발현되며, T-림프구 세포주나 말초혈 T 림프구에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 기능은 아직 명확히 밝혀지지 않았습니다.
