Target Information
CD68 (Macrosialin)은 110 kDa의 막 통합형 당단백질로, 주로 단핵구 및 대식세포의 세포 내 리소좀에 발현되며, 일부 수지상세포 및 말초 혈액 과립구에서도 발현됩니다.
CD68은 대식세포의 식세포 작용, 세포 간 상호작용 및 병원체 인식 과정에 관여할 수 있습니다.
또한, 편도선의 수지상세포, 조직구성 림프종, 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML), 과립세포종 등에서 발현이 보고되었습니다.
CD34+ 세포에서 CD68의 발현 증가는 다양한 인간 악성종양, 특히 AML 관련 연구에서 보고되었습니다.
