Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for activated C-kinase (RACK) protein. It binds in vitro to activated protein kinase C beta I and is associated with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. The protein contains a bromodomain and two zinc fingers, suggesting a role as a transcriptional regulator. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
