Target Information
Axin은 β-catenin의 중요한 조절 인자로, 인간 간세포암(HCC)에서 자주 변이됩니다. 야생형 Axin 유전자(AXIN1)의 도입은 HCC 세포 및 결장암 세포에서 세포사멸을 유도합니다. AXIN1에 의해 발현이 증가하는 새로운 유전자 AXUD1은 폐, 태반, 골격근, 췌장, 백혈구 등 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 특정 장기에서 종양 억제 기능을 가질 가능성이 있습니다.
